Delivery time is pretty long but lets say that´s okay, besides that the squishy broke really fast which does make me kinda sad, else it was real good

Hello, thank you so much for your order! We have checked your order and found that it was placed on October 22nd. We shipped it on the same day, October 22nd, and the tracking information shows that the parcel was successfully delivered on October 29th. The total time from shipping to delivery was only 7 days. Normally, our parcels take 2-5 days for processing and 6-10 days for shipping, so we don't quite understand what you mean by 'Delivery time is pretty long'
Additionally, could you please tell us where the product you purchased is damaged? As for the cat paw product you ordered, the paw itself and the pads are made separately and then glued together during the production process.

Amazing quality

Everything I ordered came packaged so cutely and nice. This order was a gift and I was planning on wrapping them but the packaging is so cute I decided to keep it as is. My order even had a couple small extra gifts! The quality of the product looks great! Very excited to gift them to my kids.

Squishy is good but bag is not

The original bags for both squishies broke and now the replacement bag also has holes in it. Is there a way to find more replacements? Otherwise, the squishies are fun!

The original bags of the squishies should have been broken due to the shipping process, the reason why there are holes in the replacement bags, that should be the holes we need to come and hang our bells.
