The customer service is disgusting !
It was damaged when received a rip on the neck . They made excuse after excuse and would not replace! I even offered to pay postage ! My daughter is so upset . Do not buy .
Are you joking? Before we ship out any products, they go through four stages of quality control— from production to inspection to packaging. How could no one notice such an obvious flaw? We never allow any products with even the slightest defect to be sent to customers. In the picture you provided, it’s very clear that the penguin's face has been cut with scissors. Are you willing to swear that the product you received looks exactly like the one in the picture? Please check with your child to see if they are lying before questioning us
I bought this product about a month ago after seeing so much of their stuff through Youtube. As soon as it came it was about what I expected based on their videos! The paw is very soft but delicate, definitely much more fun squeezing it in the bag (as the seller recommends). I also enjoyed the lovely gift that came along with it. It was packaged nicely and I especially adore the little chains that come with the bags. Would definitely order again some day :)
